
What do we need?
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
- 2 (6 ounce) fillets salmon
- 6 tablespoons light olive oil
- 1 teaspoon dried basil
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon ground black pepper
How it's made?
In a medium glass bowl you can prepare marinade by mixing garlic with light olive oil, basil, salt, pepper, lemon juice and parsley as well. Place salmon fillets in a medium glass baking dish and after that cover it with the marinade. Marinate should lay in the refrigerator about 1 hour. Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C). Place all the fillets in foil than place with marinade on the top. Place sealed salmon in the glass dish, and bake 45 minutes, until soft. Enjoy!
