Banana Cake

This is an old Seattle cake recipe - I teached it from the women in drive-by bar in....... Seattle. Really delicious, and easy.

What do we need?

  • 4 ripe bananas, mashed
  • 1 cup white sugar
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup chopped walnuts
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

How it's made?

First, heat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C). Grease and flour one 9 x 13 inch cake pan. Than make cream mixing together the butter or margarine and the sugar.
After that add eggs, bananas, flour, soda, salt, and nuts with vanilla. Mix everything and pour it all insine the prepared pan. Finally, Bake it at 375 degrees F (190 degrees C) for about 30 minutes. After cookong you have to cool the cake in the fridge. Enjoy!
